You are a warrior

If you are on your path towards awareness, you are probably going through some deep struggle. It is never easy to uncover traumas. It is not fun to recover from anxiety, or whatever it is you are suffering from. So here you are, doing your best to be a better person, to feel better, and yet, you feel maybe even worse than before. And you might wonder "What's the point? I thought I was doing that to eventually feel better." And you got it right. Here is the word. Eventually. Nobody said it was easy. It is actually very hard. You are fighting hard. You are a warrior. For several reasons.

Let's go through two of them. The first one is very personal, something happening deep inside your heart. If you read about mental health, or psychology, you would always see sentences like "Yeah ok, just be aware or your traumas, and accept them". Let's stop a bit here. "Just". Like it is an easy task. Some traumas are more obvious than others. But when you start trying to uncover the root of all your core beliefs and the source of whatever problem you are struggling with, you might discover that everything started from an event you never suspected to be a trauma. This raises the following the question: if you were not aware there was a trauma in the first place, why is that better to uncover it? And the answer is rather simple: juste because something is hidden, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The trauma was there all along, dictating a lot of aspects of your life. You were just not aware. And eventually it would show up. The earlier the better. But once you have uncover an unexpected trauma, you will think a lot about it. Overthink it. Maybe start to blame people that you judge responsible for it. And this is a painful process. Acceptation, forgiveness, don't happen overnight. Be gentle with yourself. It takes time. Love yourself.

Now the second reason involves other people. I would like to remind you that what I write is based on my personal experience, and my personal experience only. The fact is that when you start to act with self-love, you will draw some attention on you. People will notice that something is going on. And here I am talking about people who didn't start the awareness process. This is not necessarily a conscious thing. But you are connected with people at some high energetic level. When you go up, you might take some people with you. And this is heavy. Once again, it doesn't have to be conscious. It can be of course: someone sees that you are working on some stuff, and asks you how it is like, what they should do, etc... Those are people that have made the first step towards awareness already.  They are conscious, and so are you. It is then your choice to help them (hey, the power of awareness again). However, as we said, chances are that you are gonna radiate a "I WANNA GET BETTER" energy. And this energy will be perceived by other people. Their subconsciousness is basically seeing an elevator going up, so you know "Why not enjoy the ride as well?". Do not get me wrong, this is a good thing. The more the merrier. However, this is exhausting. Truly exhausting. Not only you are helping yourself, but you are also helping others. Guys, do you realise how great this is?

Not only you are on the toughest path a human being can face in its life, but you are "dragging" people behind you. Do you still expect to walk fast? If awareness is a mountain, you are currently climbing it, a rope attached to your backpack. and every lost soul you meet on the way up there is grabbing it. What do you expect? The awareness process is no picnic.

So please, be kind, be proud. You are a f****** warrior. You are fighting a violent war. And do you want to know the good news? You are winning it.

Love on all of you. You are worth.
